Our Business Background

At the age of 19, our founder (Tim Patterson) bought his first business, Keener Welding, from the retiring owner. Keener Welding primarily serviced the farming community in welding repair. Mr. Patterson was a sole-proprietor with 2 employees, and the name was changed to Patterson Welding.

In 1990, Mr. Patterson incorporated and changed the name to C&P Eng & Mfg. He began to pursue fabrication and material handling in the automotive industry. In 2001, CiC Industries was purchased. Procuring this industrial powder coating facility allowed us to extend the services we offered to our customers. In 2009, CiC Industries was merged into C&P Eng & Mfg, allowing us to reduce operating costs while still providing the same quality products and services for our customers.
